more apologies

Sorry for the dearth of posting this past week, ma petite chouettes. I spent the first half of the week at my best girl’s house whilst the bathroom here at chez Borden was re-done, and the second half of the week recovering from the EA show on Wednesday.

It was awesome, by the way. You should check her out.

But hey, this week you all get to hear about that show and about the meet and greet afterwards (I keep typing ‘great’ instead of ‘greet’), as well as hopefully about one of the more interesting evenings I spent out in California. Before the funeral, that is. Maybe I’ll write about the three books I read while I was out there too, even though Cannonball Read II: In My Pants doesn’t start til November 1. I’m actually planning on starting a new page here on this sweet little weblog, to keep the reviews organized for the upcoming year. One year, fifty two books. I can dig it.

So you’ve got that to look forward to.

And since I don’t have much else to say right now, I’ll post an Emilie Autumn video. This is the intro from the show I attended this week. First is “Best Safety Lies in Fear” followed by “4 O’clock”. Aren’t I a sweetheart?
